Welcome to Escape Route news! 2013 will prove to be an exciting year at ER, so what's happening?

 

Well, last year we were proud to announce our new store in Perth, and after almost a year of trading we are happy to say it has been a good year! There has been a few teething issues like any other business that opens up in the big smoke, Being Escape Route we have managed to get through the smog and pedal on.

We are really happy to let you all know, we have added to the ER Team for 2013, bring on board our new full time manager for Perth Ciaran Bryce. Ciaran will be running the show in Perth and is the go too guy for everything!!! Offering the same comprehensive service you have come to expect fro the ER Team. And make sure to ask him for one of his fancy coffees when visiting the shop!!! On top of that, he will be assisted by our current Team member Richard, who will also be able to help with all you Bicycle needs! Both guys will be flitting between both shops so they might pop up anywhere! Hope to see you soon in Perth.

In the meantime we have the small issue of 5500 cyclists descending on Escape Route in Pitlochry for the
Etape Caledonia.

Escape Route will again be adding to the events success and running our annual prize draw. Prizes will include Endura Whisky Jersey, accommodation at Craigatin courtyard, food at Victoria's restaurant, Skinny tyres training rides, and Bean shop caffeinated prizes plus lots more.

To enter you have to be an Etape Caledonia participant, and fill out this >>ENTRY FORM<<The draw will take place during the event and be announced as the day goes on.

Over the weekend of the 10th/11th/12th of May we will be doing our best to fix, mend, repair and replace as many visitors as possible, to set them up for one of the best closed road events in the world! No job too big or too small!

On the Friday 10th we will be open till 10pm, Saturday till 11pm and Sunday morning from 5am! Yes we will be there!!!

Both days we will be running a vast array of product offers to support your event and visitor needs.

Endura, Etxenondo, Torque Energy, Giro Helmets, Continental Tyres, Merida Biles, Adidas Eyewear, Odlo Baselayers and many more will all be in our car park and shop to help you with all your cycling needs!

For the second year running our friends from LovSushi will be joining us serving up some really tasty food including hot noodles and tasty fresh sushi made infringement of your eyes! Talented guys I know!

On Sunday 12th we will be open at 5.00 am and wish all competitors the best possible event. And maybe have a wee espresso!!!
